RUSSELL GRANT JOINS THE CAST!

Russell Grant will once again find himself sharing the dance floor with his favourite partner, Flavia Cacace, along with Vincent Simone, when he joins them on stage in Midnight Tango at the Phoenix Theatre!  Our producers, Arlene Phillips and Adam Spiegel, will be throwing Russell a huge birthday party by moving the press night to his birthday, Tuesday 5 February.

Arlene Phillips said of the casting, “I’m delighted that Russell Grant will be performing and dancing in MIDNIGHT TANGO with Vincent and Flavia. Russell’s partnership with Flavia is well known, but I too have had a dance partnership with Russell, which began with his appearance in the title role of The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium, followed by playing Teen Angel in the current national tour of Grease, and I’m delighted we now have a third partnership.”

Vincent and Flavia back on screens in Strictly Come Dancing

The stars of Midnight Tango, Vincent and Flavia, return to the small screen this evening in the first live episode of Strictly Come Dancing. Vincent was paired with CBBC’s Tracy Beaker star Dani Harmer, and Flavia with Olympic silver medalist Louis Smith, in the launch show three weeks ago.

The first live show airs at 9pm this evening, with the second show hitting screens at 6.30pm tomorrow evening.

Midnight Tango returns to the West End!

Everyone’s favourite Strictly stars, Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace make a welcome return to the West End from 30 January 2013, in their incredible live show, Midnight Tango. This strictly limited season runs for 5 weeks only at the Phoenix Theatre, prior to a UK tour.

Former World Champions, Vincent and Flavia are joined by ten of the finest tango dancers in the world, plus internationally renowned tango band, Tango Siempre. Produced by the UK’s acclaimed choreographer, Arlene Phillips, this breath-taking production fuses dazzling choreography with intoxicating Tango rhythms.
